Defining this trip as I go.
Another month away from home, another opportunity to learn more about how I think when I'm outside of my special bubble.
Any challenge is a good challenge.
Guatemala is beautiful and a work in progress.
Antigua is a special place full of delicious restaurants and interesting business concepts.
And of course, coffee. Coffee shops everywhere, I'm barely scratching the surface.
The exhaust is strong and hangs high in the air.
It is beautiful, the weather is perfect but in a way that I can't ever be too sure how to dress.
The Greek yogurt is extra thick and almost like marscapone.
On day 1 I arrived at Aurora airport and then shuttled to Antigua. I unpacked all of my stuff to settle in and then I found a gym and got a membership. I'm not slacking this month around.
After I grabbed a delicious meal at a vegan place(I'm not vegan but I love vegan food and Antigua is very vegan friendly). I tromped to a Bodega to get some staples.
Radishes that were apple sized.
Some strawberries, yogurt griega, blueberries, miel, y manzanas.
I probably will not cook much while I'm here so I like to have other fresh foods available.
I must always have my snacks, I brought my own protein bars for this reason 😅.
It was a very productive first day, I even saw a crow drinking from the courtyard water fountain at my Airbnb. When I see a good bird, it's a blessing.
More to come, now I sleep.
Buenos noches.
